Think it Through with Alma’s Way

Think it Through with Alma’s Way
Follow along with 6-year-old Alma Rivera, a proud and confident Puerto Rican girl who lives with her family in a diverse community in the Bronx. As Alma learns about families, friendships, and communities, she discovers that challenges and conflicts sometimes arise. In these moments, Alma stops and thinks things through!

Use the video clips, group discussion, and visual cards provided in this resource to encourage your young learners to practice Alma’s “think through” strategy, which can be used in the classroom throughout the year. You can find more resources from the Alma’s Way collection.
